Absolutely yes! It will help you save the time and money. However, before returning the items, please note the following information:
1. All the items should be returnable items
2. Tell us the SKU number of all the items which need to return and the different order numbers, so we can record it firstly
3. Returned reason
4. All the return items must be put into the original packages with the correct bar-code
After we confirm all above, we will authorize the return and send the related information to customers. In addition, when customers return the package, it will be very appreciated that customers can print out the attachment of the return label for all the returned orders and then put them into the return package.
For United States and Australian customers, besides attaching one prepaid return label on the outside package, the prepaid return labels of the other orders also need to be put into the package.
If the above requirement can not be met, the refund or exchange can not be operated smoothly.
