Why were the items in my shopping bag disappeared?

There are 2 reasons why items are disappeared after adding them to shopping bag:

1.Please check if you sign in your Yoins account and then add the items in the shopping bag, once dial “Place the order” button, the items will become pending order in your account center(You can find it in view orders--order list)

2.Please check if the item you choose is in grey box and show “out of stock”status, if it is, then the item can not be added in the shopping bag.
